Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client briefs and functional requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits, space planning analysis, and progress monitoring throughout project lifecycle
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes that balance aesthetic vision with budget constraints
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay current with emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 3+ years professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (residential/commercial/hospitality)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and color theory application skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation abilities
