Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project briefs
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and space analysis to optimize functionality and aesthetics
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables within specified constraints
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
