Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive interior spaces that align with client vision and functional requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Source and select furniture, materials, and finishes while maintaining budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site supervision during implementation phases
- Stay current with global design trends, sustainable practices, and local building regulations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication throughout the design lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design aesthetics
- Exceptional spatial awareness, color theory knowledge, and material expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with additional language skills considered advantageous
