As an Interior Designer at Sumberkreasi Dayacipta, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept development to final project execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design interior spaces that align with client requirements, brand identity, and functional needs.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Select appropriate materials, color palettes, finishes, and furniture to achieve the desired aesthetic and budget.
- Conduct site visits to supervise construction, ensure quality control, and verify that design specifications are met on-site.
- Create compelling mood boards, design presentations, and client proposals to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in a similar role within a design firm or architectural studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a range of design styles.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
