Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with client requirements and industry standards
- Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and material recommendations
- Create compelling visual presentations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering tools
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects
- Manage client relationships, presenting designs, incorporating feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee the implementation of designs, conducting site visits as needed to ensure quality and adherence to plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address design challenges creatively
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials
