Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and technical drawings for residential/commercial projects
- Conduct client consultations to capture requirements and present design solutions
- Specify materials, furniture, and finishes within budget constraints
- Prepare 2D/3D visualizations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design implementation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and styles
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and material sourcing
- Creative problem-solving with attention to detail and deadlines
