Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed space plans for residential and commercial projects
- Create technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate vision into actionable designs
- Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes within budget constraints
- Oversee project implementation including contractor coordination and site inspections
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines for design deliverables
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and technical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and material sourcing practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
