Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate vision into tangible design solutions
- Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes while maintaining budget constraints
- Produce 2D/3D renderings and mood boards using industry-standard software
- Oversee project implementation coordination with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of professional interior design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and material applications
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
