We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer / Arsitek to join our professional team in Jakarta. As an Interior Designer/Arsitek with us, you will work on a diverse range of projects, bridging the gap between artistic conceptualization and functional execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for interior and architectural projects.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and technical working drawings using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate closely with the construction team to ensure design intent is maintained during the implementation phase.
- Select and specify materials, furniture, finishes, and lighting fixtures that align with project budgets and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site design challenges.
- Prepare detailed project presentations to communicate design visions effectively to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in interior design or architectural firms.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray or Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial interior/architectural projects.
- Deep understanding of technical detailing, construction materials, and furniture specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations professionally.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
