Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop commercial retail interior spaces that align with brand identity and functional requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project briefs and design constraints
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits, space planning analysis, and material specification
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback iteratively
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial retail interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp with strong technical drawing skills
- Portfolio showcasing retail space design projects
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and material science
- Excellent communication and client presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Singaporean building regulations and safety standards
