We're seeking a visionary professional to drive end-to-end design excellence, from conceptualization through to project completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client vision and brand identity
- Create high-impact 3D visualizations and renderings using industry-standard software
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, and specifications
- Oversee project delivery from initial design phase through to installation and completion
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Research and source materials, furniture, and finishes that meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical challenges during implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design concepts and 3D visualization capabilities
- Expertise in space planning, material specifications, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
