TARA Group is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team in Cipondoh, Banten. We specialize in dynamic environments and are looking for someone who understands the unique balance between aesthetic appeal and operational functionality in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that elevate our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and culinary teams to ensure every detailâfrom layout and flow to lighting and material selectionâis optimized for both the customer experience and kitchen efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts specifically for F&B outlets.
- Create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, renderings, and construction documentation using industry-standard software.
- Source materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with brand aesthetics and budget constraints.
- Manage project timelines from initial design phase through to site supervision and final installation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure build quality and adherence to safety and operational regulations.
- Adapt existing brand guidelines to new store locations, ensuring a consistent identity across all venues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing F&B industry projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and ergonomic space planning.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of current interior design and hospitality trends.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
