Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and visualizations that align with client requirements and project goals.
- Conduct site measurements, analyze existing conditions, and prepare comprehensive design proposals and layouts.
- Produce high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings using industry-standard software.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting fixtures to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately executed during construction.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide modern solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and project experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
