In this role, you will collaborate closely with our senior designers and clients to deliver innovative interior solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial spaces, utilizing the latest design trends and technologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using CAD and other design software.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project's vision and budget.
- Conduct site measurements and perform site supervision during the construction phase to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare presentation boards and renderings for client approvals and project pitches.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors, to ensure design integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to provide the best possible design solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design (Junior to Mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and conceptual work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
