In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process for landed properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their visions, creating bespoke interior solutions that reflect their lifestyle. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design interior layouts for landed properties, ensuring optimal space utilization and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and assess structural requirements.
- Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients.
- Assist in client consultations and sales presentations to convert leads into design projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with the design vision.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, specifically focused on landed houses or high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD), SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential design projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant Interior Design degree or certification is preferred.
