Earth Lines Architects, a premier architecture & interior design studio in Bali, is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Middleweight Interior Designer to help create exceptional high-end residential and hospitality projects.

We are looking for a designer who is not only technically proficient in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max but who also possesses a strong conceptual mind and a keen eye for detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for a diverse portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray).
- Select and specify all interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring alignment with design intent and budget.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery across multiple sites in Bali.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve on-site design challenges, and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications, acting as a key point of contact to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates advanced skills in concept development, space planning, materiality, and detailing.
- Strong understanding of the local Balinese/Indonesian design and construction landscape is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
