Are you a visionary Interior Designer with a passion for creating impactful consumer experiences? PT Satu Dental Indonesia is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand identity of our clinics through innovative spatial design.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality interior projects that align with our brand aesthetic while prioritizing patient comfort and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop creative design concepts and floor plans for new and existing clinical outlets.
- Create detailed 3D renderings, mood boards, and technical drawings for management approval.
- Manage end-to-end interior design projects, from initial site survey to final handover.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all designs comply with health and safety regulations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in retail and medical facility interior design to provide innovative solutions.
- Select high-quality materials, lighting, and furniture that balance budget constraints with high-end aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate brand values into physical environments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of material specifications, construction methods, and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
