Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals.
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery.
- Manage client relationships and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and product offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and/or sales.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools).
- Excellent visual presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing your design projects.
