Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct client consultations to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs and industry trends
- Develop detailed design proposals, including 2D/3D renderings, material selections, and cost estimates
- Present design concepts to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of your designs
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and securing contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design with a focus on sales and client relationships
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and completed projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of materials, furniture, and industry suppliers in Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
