Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming living spaces? Ancaev design and deco studio is looking for a talented Interior Designer / Sales Designer to join our dynamic team in Kajang. We specialize in solving the unique architectural challenges of Malaysian homes, from optimizing space in compact condos to overseeing large-scale renovation and wet work projects for terrace houses.
As a key member of our design team, you will bridge the gap between creative interior solutions and client requirements. You will work closely with homeowners to translate their dreams into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance their daily living experience. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a flair for both design and sales, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their functional needs and stylistic preferences.
- Develop detailed design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualizations for residential projects.
- Provide expert advice on material selection, color palettes, and custom furniture design.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including generating quotations and closing project contracts.
- Oversee on-site project progress to ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to coordinate wet works and interior installations.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels through proactive communication and professional problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, particularly in residential renovation projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including wet works and structural layouts.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
