Tanggung Jawab
- Manage client relationships from the initial consultation to the final sign-off.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements and preferences.
- Present design concepts and proposals to prospective clients with confidence.
- Close sales deals and achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the internal project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the design and construction process.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in interior design sales or a high-ticket consultative sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly motivated to achieve high earnings.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into attractive design briefs for our internal team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Professional grooming and a confident personality for client presentations.
- Previous experience in the Singapore home renovation market is highly preferred.
