We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join the HLA Garment team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling store layouts that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales conversion. You will translate brand concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing retail environments.
You will take ownership of the store design process, managing projects from the initial concept phase through to final execution. This involves preparing comprehensive scope of works, adhering to strict timelines, and ensuring that designs meet high standards of quality and brand consistency. We are looking for a proactive professional who can handle both local assignments and oversee complex overseas projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design innovative store layouts and visual merchandising displays that align with HLA Garment's brand identity and market trends.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including preparing detailed scope of works, creating timelines, and overseeing project execution.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation details using industry-standard design software.
- Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and construction teams to ensure design specifications are met during the build phase.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary design adjustments.
- Ensure all store designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and HLA Garment's operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail interior design or visual merchandising.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, lighting, and spatial planning principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
