Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts including space planning, color schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards to communicate design vision
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and architects to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues
- Research current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices to enhance project proposals
- Prepare cost estimates and assist with procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, building codes, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English for effective client communication
