Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts and detailed plans for workplace environments
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Create 3D visualizations using SketchUp and 3D Max to present design concepts effectively
- Oversee renovation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Research and recommend materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design vision and functional requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in workplace design
Kualifikasi
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions
- Proficiency in design software including SketchUp and 3D Max for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing workplace design projects and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards in Singapore
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
