PT Dwi Martha Jaya is a leading contracting firm specializing in integrated solutions across structural, architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design disciplines. We are seeking a skilled Interior Drafter to join our innovative team and contribute to transforming design visions into precise technical documentation. As an Interior Drafter, you'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to develop detailed drawings that ensure project accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings for interior design projects using CAD software
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and material schedules based on design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure drawings align with project specifications
- Prepare construction documentation including details, finishes, and furniture layouts
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and site requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and industry standards
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated design solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior drafting or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp with strong technical drawing skills
- Understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate into precise technical documentation
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
