Skala Maxima Griya is a leading interior design and architecture firm dedicated to delivering premium aesthetic and functional spaces. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Interior Drafter to join our professional design team in Tangerang.
As an Interior Drafter, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between creative design concepts and technical execution. You will be responsible for producing precise construction documentation, detailed floor plans, and comprehensive furniture layouts. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, deep technical proficiency in CAD software, and a passion for modern interior architecture, we want to hear from you.
Important Note: This position requires high technical accuracy. Only shortlisted candidates who submit a professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality technical drawings will be invited to the interview stage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and ceiling plans for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Translate design concepts from architects and lead designers into accurate 2D/3D construction documentation.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers to clarify construction details and resolve site-related drafting queries.
- Manage revisions and updates to drawing sets based on site conditions or design changes during the construction phase.
- Maintain a well-organized library of standard details, materials, and specification sheets.
- Collaborate effectively with the design team to ensure project timelines and milestones are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of interior construction materials, furniture joinery, and interior detailing.
- Ability to interpret architectural layouts and translate them into accurate workshop drawings.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple project documentation streams simultaneously.
- Mandatory: Submission of a portfolio showcasing clear, accurate technical and construction drawings.
