Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed and accurate architectural and interior design drawings using CAD software.
- Translate conceptual designs, sketches, and specifications into comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery.
- Collaborate effectively with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team, client changes, and site conditions.
- Maintain an organized and accessible library of digital and physical drawing files and project documentation.
- Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and furnishings by creating detailed visual representations.
- Conduct occasional site visits for measurement verification, coordination, and progress monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an Interior Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role, preferably within the property development or design industry.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with strong skills in SketchUp; familiarity with Revit, V-Ray, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Solid understanding of architectural drafting principles, construction methods, and material properties.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all drawing production.
- Ability to interpret and execute complex design concepts into clear technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant interior drafting projects is highly desirable.
