Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive FF&E specifications aligned with design concepts and project requirements
- Source, select, and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment from trusted suppliers
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Oversee on-site installation, placement, and quality control of FF&E elements
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Maintain detailed documentation of selections, orders, and installation processes
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and problem resolution
- Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable FF&E innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FF&E procurement and project management
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
