Join Loh & Loh Construction as an Interior Fitout Engineer and lead transformative projects that bring architectural visions to life. This critical role requires you to translate detailed drawings into exceptional physical spaces while ensuring flawless execution across all project phases. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead interior fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with design specifications
- Coordinate and manage diverse trade teams (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.) for seamless execution
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols on-site
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making proactive adjustments to meet deadlines
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts during construction phases
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is realized
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Certification in site safety management (e.g., WDA Safety courses)
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
