Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project inquiries from initial contact to project completion.
- Conduct detailed design consultations to understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Coordinate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively update clients on key milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals and detailed sales reports.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of interior design trends, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
