Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate interior fit-out projects by supporting site teams and ensuring smooth execution
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee material procurement, inventory, and quality control
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior project coordination
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
