Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and present compelling interior design proposals aligned with client requirements and budget constraints
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and sales documentation
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design innovations
- Track sales performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in interior sales or design consultation
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design sales projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools)
- Deep knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and industry suppliers
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
