About the Role
As an Intermediate Power BI Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of the entire report lifecycle—from gathering requirements and data modeling to creating stunning visualizations and dashboards. We need someone who not only masters the technical aspects of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M language) but can also communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that drive key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, cleansing, and transformation using Power Query (M language) and SQL.
- Create and optimize complex DAX calculations and data models for self-service analytics.
- Manage the deployment and scheduling of reports via Power BI Service, ensuring data freshness and availability.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting of existing reports and datasets.
- Document technical specifications, data flows, and report logic for knowledge sharing and governance.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Analyst.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Proven ability to visualize data effectively, with a strong portfolio of dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Analysis Services) is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga (Clark Freeport Zone).
