- Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate into training initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design
- Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and training technologies
- Experience developing curriculum for customer service environments
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Certifications in adult learning or corporate training preferred
