Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of semiconductor process integration (PI) activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement AI-driven process control algorithms.
- Conduct data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor process stability.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align technical goals with project timelines.
- Support the troubleshooting of process deviations and yield improvements.
- Document experimental results and prepare technical reports for management review.
- Maintain and update laboratory equipment and documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong academic record with a focus on semiconductor physics, process engineering, or integrated circuits.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (Front-end or Back-end).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or statistical software) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in AI and automation within manufacturing.
