Micron Semiconductors is looking for a bright, data-driven Intern to join our Process Development team, specifically focused on Deposition and Ion Implantation technologies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze high-volume process data from Deposition and Ion Implantation tools to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to predict tool performance and wafer quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional process engineering teams to troubleshoot process excursions using data-centric approaches.
  • Automate routine data reporting and visualization tasks to improve team efficiency.
  • Participate in design-of-experiments (DOE) to validate AI-driven process improvements.
  • Document technical findings and present recommendations to senior engineering stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML applications within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of semiconductor process technology (Deposition/Ion Implantation).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and data visualization software (Tableau, JMP, or PowerBI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
