Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the AI Research team in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models for risk assessment.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI technologies and their applications in the InsurTech sector.
- Clean, process, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to derive actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype AI-driven tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in technical documentation, code reviews, and project meetings to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Perform impact analysis of AI models and present findings to stakeholders within the Asia Digital department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and model development.
- Exposure to SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Previous project experience or internships related to AI, NLP, or predictive analytics are a plus.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
