Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC milling and turning machines
- Learn and execute basic CNC programming using industry-standard software
- Perform precision measurements and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Support tooling changes and machine maintenance procedures
- Document production data and maintain accurate work records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with machinists to optimize production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or currently pursuing degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and processes
- Familiarity with technical drawings and GD&T concepts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Passion for manufacturing and continuous learning
