Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining contamination control parameters within our advanced cleanroom environments.
- Support the implementation and strict adherence to established cleanroom protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine checks, data collection, and analysis of chemical airborne particles and surface contamination levels.
- Aid in the calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of various contamination detection equipment.
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations for contamination excursions and help propose effective corrective actions.
- Document findings accurately, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QEM team.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize overall contamination control strategies and practices.
- Engage in training sessions and acquire practical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in an Engineering discipline such as Chemical Process Technology, Materials Science, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore.
- A strong academic record and a genuine interest in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom technology.
- Basic understanding of contamination control principles, quality systems, or statistical process control is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a controlled cleanroom environment (appropriate training and PPE will be provided).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and report generation.
