Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct process audits and identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Support Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops
- Document standard operating procedures and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering teams on optimization initiatives
- Track KPIs and report on project progress and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
