Join Technip Energies as an Intern - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and contribute to our mission of driving sustainable energy solutions. This 3-6 month internship offers hands-on experience in developing and implementing impactful CSR initiatives across Southeast Asia. You'll work with our global sustainability team to design community engagement programs, conduct stakeholder analysis, and support environmental impact assessments. Gain exposure to ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and cross-cultural project management while building valuable professional networks in the energy transition sector. This role is ideal for passionate students seeking to make a tangible difference while developing transferable skills in corporate citizenship and sustainable development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support research and development of CSR strategies aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement programs and volunteer initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and maintain relationships with NGO partners
- Prepare CSR impact reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Monitor ESG compliance and track sustainability KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional sustainability projects across business units
- Support grant applications and fundraising for community development projects
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or Social Sciences
- Strong interest in sustainability, corporate governance, and community development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous volunteer or internship experience in CSR/sustainability preferred
