- Assist in the end-to-end process of customer order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipment tracking and delivery updates.
- Support continuous improvement projects to streamline order processing workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory status, and shipment history.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and delays.
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipments and customer invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in customer service and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
