This position is a full-time internship offering a monthly allowance of RM 1,000. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university or have graduated within the last 12 months. We are looking for a commitment of at least 3 months to ensure you fully integrate into our team and projects. VX Garage operates at the heart of the digital transformation in Malaysia, specializing in cloud-based enterprise solutions that empower businesses to achieve operational excellence. As a member of the Multimedia team, you will work in a modern office space, collaborating closely with departments across the organization. Our team values continuous learning, offering mentorship from senior IT architects and creative directors. This internship is designed to provide a holistic experience, exposing you to the entire lifecycle of product development from concept to deployment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating and editing multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) for company websites, software applications, and marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Multimedia Designer.
- Support the IT team in designing and updating user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience (UX).
- Develop and maintain digital assets, including images, banners, infographics, and short-form video content for social media and corporate communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for multimedia projects, product launches, and internal branding initiatives.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance (QA) of multimedia elements across different platforms and browsers to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
- Help manage and organize the company's digital media library, ensuring files are properly archived, labeled, and accessible to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the software development team to integrate front-end multimedia components into larger IT solutions and business software platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in multimedia software, graphic design tools, and IT innovations to suggest improvements to existing processes and outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent open-source tools (e.g., GIMP, Blender, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is an added advantage for integrating multimedia assets.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, video editing, animation, or interactive media design.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly in English (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a dynamic startup-like environment.
- Malaysian citizen or resident with valid internship eligibility. Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months of internship.
