Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and email systems to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain and update asset inventory and hardware documentation.
- Support end-users with inquiries and provide training on new software tools.
- Assist in IT security protocols and compliance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
