Micron Semiconductors is seeking a motivated and analytical Intern to join our Manufacturing CVD/PVD team in Singapore. In this role, you will gain unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge thin-film deposition technologiesâChemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)âwhich are critical to our manufacturing excellence.
You will work alongside world-class engineers to analyze complex pre-map data, identify manufacturing anomalies, and implement early-detection solutions that drive efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze pre-map data from CVD and PVD tools to identify performance trends and potential defect sources.
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting tool issues to minimize downtime and optimize yield.
- Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of thin-film deposition process parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of process deviations.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings on manufacturing improvements.
- Assist in data collection for process characterization and experimental runs.
- Ensure all activities adhere to site safety and cleanroom protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven problem solving.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or thin-film deposition principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, Python, or SQL) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration (minimum 3 months).
- Attention to detail and high commitment to quality standards.
