Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in monitoring and optimizing Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes to ensure maximum yield and quality.
- Perform detailed data analysis on manufacturing metrics to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime in the fabrication area.
- Conduct controlled experiments (DOEs) under supervision to evaluate new process parameters or materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experimental results, process changes, and daily production logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Equipment Engineering, to drive operational excellence.
- Participate in safety audits and contribute to a culture of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, specifically thin-film deposition or CVD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical software like JMP or Minitab is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural team environment.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
- Availability for a full-time internship duration as per university requirements.
