- Assist in conducting reliability testing and characterization of NAND cell structures.
- Participate in failure analysis (FA) procedures to identify root causes of device defects.
- Operate and maintain precision laboratory equipment, including probe stations and testers.
- Collect and analyze experimental data to support engineering decision-making.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations in technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process yields and product performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in semiconductor reliability engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor device physics and logic gates.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
