Micron Semiconductors is offering an exclusive opportunity for a talented intern to join our NAND Device Engineering team in Singapore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced semiconductor manufacturing and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
As an AI/Data Science Intern, you will focus on driving automation and machine learning workflows that optimize the development of our world-leading 3D NAND technology. You will work alongside industry-leading engineers to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance device performance and yield. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine machine learning models to analyze 3D NAND device characterization data.
- Automate manual engineering workflows using Python and data science frameworks to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI insights into existing device engineering pipelines.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify performance bottlenecks and potential yield improvements.
- Maintain documentation and visualization dashboards to report key engineering metrics.
- Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to the refinement of AI-driven automation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with SQL or database management is a significant advantage.
- Passion for semiconductor technology and curiosity about hardware-software integration.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration as per university program requirements.
