Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Assist in the collection and processing of operational data for daily performance reporting.
- Support the design and execution of experiments to improve yield and reduce waste in the cleanroom.
- Document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) sessions for process deviations and equipment downtime.
- Present findings and improvement proposals to department leadership to drive actionable change.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or JMP).
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with production technicians and engineers.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety and contamination protocols.
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
