As an intern, you will work closely with industry professionals to research market trends, analyze fintech competitor strategies, and support the integration of digital payment solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research on emerging fintech trends, payment technologies, and competitor product offerings.
- Support the team in managing and fostering strategic partnerships with fintech startups and third-party payment providers.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Monitor the performance of existing payment ecosystems and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new ecosystem partners and technical integration documentation.
- Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficiency of the Payments department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A keen interest in digital banking, e-wallets, payment gateways, and fintech trends.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team objectives.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
